In general, considering the significant investment and effort we make to thoroughly research and produce our reports, and their digital nature, we don’t offer refunds. However, exceptions may be considered at the sole discretion of D6 Research management for unique circumstances.
Purchases of Research reports may be subject to approval of a refund if:
- You are unable to download or receive the product after payment beyond 15 calendar days to the fault of D6 Research.
- There are significant defects of the product which cannot be cured under the warranty guidelines in the EULA
- Unable to Download: If purchased, but are unable to download; we may offer a full refund pending that all of the following conditions are met by customer. D6 Research customer service is notified within 7 days of of payment that there is a problem. We are unable to resolve the delivery of the item within the next 7 days (except in instances where customer is not responsive to our communications). Customer may be required to provide us with an alternate email address to send the content.

**In all cases, we must be able to validate the person making the request as the same person (or authorized representative of the organization) that made the purchase.
